Due to a leaking exhaust manifold of my 1985 Fiat Ducato Van 2,5 Ltr.Diesel a valve burned, I need 2 gaskets?

I've to pull the head and renew the exhaust and head gaskets.Also have to reseat the valves, need valves too ! Anyone that does have an original factory workshop manual for a 1985 Fiat Ducato 2.5 Ltr Diesel , type Delivery Van , before I attack this major job ?
