What should i wear to a 'casually elegant' Bar Mitzvah?

My friend invited me to his bar mitzvah and i have no idea what to wear, im not jewish. its the after party not the ceremony. The invitation says its 'casually elegant' and i have no idea what that means. Im a 14 year old girl btw. thanks :)
