Where can I buy an African American cosmetology mannequin?

I really want to practice doing hair, and I need one. It needs to have the texture of African American hair, because I want to practice braiding and weaving on it. I live in Fayetteville, AR, so if anybody knows where I can get one here, that would be GREAT!!! If you know where I can order a good one from, that would be great, too
