Doberman Pincher owners, can you help with this concern?

I have a 15-16 week old female Doberman puppy. For some odd reason just within the past week to week an a half she has had a very very bad & strong smell odor coming off of her. I have bathed her over & over, the smell comes right back. I don't even know how to describe this smell. I have heard her p gas & I have smelt her gas, this smell is totally different. She did not use to smell this away. Do you happen to have any ideas as to why my puppy reeks all of a sudden, what this can be. If so I would appreciate concrete answers only & no hateful come backs plz..
