Pepto Bismol and Tums?

Pepto Bismo and Tums both use almost the exact same ingredients to help soothe your symptoms. They both contain aluminum magnesium as the chemical to help stop any spasm in the stomach and intestinal tract. The route in which they work is the difference whereas in Tums you chew and swallow and the other is a liquid you pour and swallow. The thing is if you take both, one right after the other you're most likely getting too much. Please read both labels and see what it says.
